Acceptance. Please read these Terms carefully before using https://thhauling.com. By using the Site, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

Service Description. This Site describes Hauling Service, Dump Run Service, Airbnb Cleanout, Furniture Removal, Moving Assistance, Post Construction Cleanout, Attic Cleanouts, Junk Removal provided by TH Hauling. Estimates and quotes are issued separately and superseded by signed agreements.

Account Conduct. Information you provide must be accurate. You must keep any login credentials private and report unauthorized use immediately.

Use Restrictions. Prohibited activities include unlawful use, disruption of services, unauthorized access, automated scraping, malware transmission, and impersonation.

Copyright. Site content is owned by or licensed to TH Hauling and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute content without written permission.

Payments. Pricing for services is provided in writing prior to work commencing. Payments are due per the terms of your service agreement. Refunds, when applicable, are governed by that agreement.

Termination Rights. We may end your access to the Site at our discretion, including for breach of these Terms. Termination does not relieve you of obligations incurred prior.

As-Is Basis. https://thhauling.com is provided on an "as is" basis. TH Hauling makes no warranty regarding completeness, reliability, or accuracy of information presented.

Liability Cap. Where permitted by law, TH Hauling's total liability for any claim related to the Site is capped at amounts paid by you in the prior twelve (12) months.

Indemnification Duty. You agree to indemnify TH Hauling from any third-party claim resulting from your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Site.

Jurisdiction. These Terms are governed by CA law. You consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts located in CA for any dispute arising out of these Terms.

Changes to Terms. We may update these Terms periodically. Changes are effective upon posting. Continued Site use after changes means you accept the revisions.
